Subrogation Attorney Full Time

A national litigation firm specializing in property subrogation, has an opening for an associate attorney (full time position) for its Corona, CA location. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance defense, complex plaintiff litigation, or property/energy subrogation. Competitive compensation and excellent benefit package offered.

Responsibilities

• Handle files during the pre-litigation phase.
• Handle matters during litigation, including conducting written discovery, preparing motions, handling depositions, and handling trials.
• Interacting with clients and attending marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be licensed to practice in the State of CA. Though, candidates will also practice in other states.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

The firm is looking for two 5 plus years’ experienced litigation attorneys. The firm specializes in subrogation, which is a specialty, and very few firms have this practice. They would like to see solid litigation experience and will train the subrogation portion. Attorney must have stability and not too much movement.

Salary: $150k/yr-$200k/yr
Bonus: Based on profit sharing but generally is double digit
Position is Fully Remote
