About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy and innovative Digital Marketing Automation and AI Hacker to join our Growth Organisation. This isn’t your traditional marketing automation role. If you’re someone who lives and breathes automation, and loves to build cutting-edge solutions using the latest AI tools, we want to hear from you!

As our go-to expert for all things automation, and AI, you’ll be at the forefront of creating tools and solutions that supercharge our marketing campaigns. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, tinker, and innovate, using the AI tools and Agentic Platforms you believe are going to be transformative for our business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Charge in Automation and AI: Be our in-house guru for automation and AI, driving initiatives that streamline processes and elevate our marketing efforts.
• Build and Innovate: Design, develop, and maintain digital marketing campaign tools using automation platforms like Gumloop and Make.com.
• Enhance Audience Engagement: Use advanced scraping techniques and data enrichment to create hyper-targeted and personalised marketing campaigns.
• Integrate and Optimise Tools: Seamlessly connect and optimise our marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Notion.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and automation technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Collaborate and Inspire: Work closely with cross-functional teams, sharing your expertise and inspiring others with your passion for automation and AI.
• Problem-Solve and Innovate: Tackle challenges head-on, using your coding skills (especially Python) to develop custom solutions when needed.
• Champion Data Integrity: Ensure data is managed responsibly, adhering to all relevant data protection regulations.
• Experiment and Tinker: Continuously explore new tools and methods to push the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing automation.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Tech Enthusiast: You’re naturally drawn to new technologies and have likely spent many hours playing with multiple AI tools.
• Entrepreneurial: You’re a builder with a can-do attitude. You like to create something out of nothing
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and a knack for finding creative solutions. Likely a maths or science-based degree from a good university
• Tool Savvy: Some familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, or Notion.
• Coding Skills a Plus: Experience with coding languages, especially Python, is highly desirable.
• Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly pick up new tools and technologies.
• Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
